As part of our service we take care of all communications with tenants, booking platforms, as well as welcoming guests and ensuring the best hospitality care saving you time, stress and worry over marketing your rentals, organising cleaning, handling maintenance &, repair issues and general upkeep.
We offer a full free photography of your property for the platform listings. There is also a custom designed information booking for guests to have in their apartment.
Prices
you can choose two price options
1. Our commission costs varies between 20% to 25% (Total gross nightly rental), but of course, depending on your circumstances and your property this can be negotiable. Any repairs will accrue extra charges and we will endeavour to keep costs to a minimum.
2. You could also sub-let your apartment to us for a set monthly fee to be negotiated, then we take care of all costs like utilities, rental income tax and maintenance.
