My name is Martin Garnham, I’m British and originally from London. I moved to Athens, Greece in 2013. After previously working many years in Hospitality management including running restaurants, Hotels, bars and even cruise ships. In 2014 I purchased a house in Athens and made a full renovation from scratch and made 5 rental units in which I made a very successful business of short term lets using many booking platforms. I had a yearly occupation rate of average 95%. I now manage various clients properties and I’m attempting to make successful short term rental business.
I also have experience in all areas of property maintenance such as repairs and garden design, installation & upkeep. I also have over 15 years experience as a freelance professional photographer, undertaking many commissions for architectural and interiors photography.
