Welcome to my 1st post

So as this is my 1st post I guess I will I will start by saying a little bit about myself. My history in this business really starts at my school leaving year of 1985. I had no idea I was gonna be involved in hospitality back then, I guess I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my future. It just happened that my parents purchased a small hotel in the south of England and we kinda found our feet trying to look after guests and learn a new business. This progressed into me working in Restaurants, nightclubs, Hotels, bars and ultimately cruise ships. My move into management took place in London when I ran my 1st restaurant in Mayfair and then progressed within a restaurant chain. I Eventually managed 11 restaurants as an area manager. After many years and a career change into photography I finally moved to Athens, Greece were I bought a property which was almost an empty shell and renovated it into six units for the purpose of short term rentals. This really put everything I had learned in hospitality and management into practice. Over three years I managed to achieve a 95% occupancy rate with very high rated reviews across many short term let platforms. Now I am expanding further into creating a property management business where I hope I am able to use my experience and knowledge to pass on my skills to manage peoples property. Guest comfort and happiness is my priority which generally equals a good business. I look forward to helping you make a great experience for your guests. Best wishes Martin
